If you are unhappy with your purchase or have changed your mind, you may return any piece of jewellery within 100 days of delivery. Items must be returned brand new, unworn and unscratched, in their original packaging with proof of purchase and all associated material to qualify for a full refund. If items have been worn, you are entitled to an online credit which must be used within 12 months.
There is no need to let us know in advance if you wish to return something. Simply ensure that you include the returns slip that was sent with your original purchase with proof of purchase and all associated material.
Purchase price is only refundable on faulty items provided the fault is not due to wear and tear and is a genuine manufacturing fault. The returned item remains your responsibility until it reaches Georgini.
Once we have received your return, we will inform you via email. Returns are usually processed within 10 working days, although during busy periods this may vary. Refunds will always be processed onto the same debit or credit card used for purchase. Refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear on your card.
No credits or refunds can be offered if you have received a product free of charge in conjunction with an offer on georgini.com.au.
