Once we have received your return, we will inform you via email. Returns will be processed within 3 working days, although during busy periods this may vary. Refunds will always be processed onto the same debit or credit card used for purchase. Refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear on your card.
We always recommend using registered post as GEORGINI cannot be held liable for any loss during transit.
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you can return the item within 30 days and we will offer a credit to be used on www.georgini.com.au. All credits are valid for 12 months. A refund can only be offered for brand new items returned in their original packaging. This offer is only valid for purchases that have been made online through Georgini.com.au. This offer is not available for purchases made via any third party web store, Georgini concept stores or Georgini stockists in Australia or Internationally.
In order to purchase from www.georgini.com.au, you can checkout as a 'Guest', or create an account. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information with or without a Georgini account.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, AfterPay and PayPal only.
On the rare occasions an item at our Fulfilment Centre may be damaged or missing and we will only find out when we go to pick your order. Although this does not happen often, we will contact you to arrange a refund or replacement item in these instances.
When you purchase from GEORGINI online, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to the shipping company to follow your order's progress.
GEORGINI will dispatch all orders as soon as possible. As long as your order is received before 2pm, it will be shipped that business day. Any orders received after 1pm on Fridays and over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday. All freight is sent using STARTRACK Express (overnight), however please allow 1-3 business days to receive your order.
Yes, however the original purchaser must return the item as any refunds or credits will be reflected on their account.

We aim to dispatch your items as quickly as possible and if your order has already been dispatched, we will not be able to make any changes.
Yes, international shipping is available for a flat fee of AU$25.00. Any orders over AU$300.00 will qualify for free international shipping.
Clean jewellery with a soft silver polishing cloth. Never use chemical based silver cleaners because this will damage the finish and also any inlaid gemstones. Wash with a mild solution of dishwashing liquid, rinse in warm water and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. Remove jewellery when showering, doing housework or gardening. Avoid perfume or any other chemicals coming into contact with the jewellery.
